• Strategic Home Search Session
  During this session, we dig deeper into your goals and do a detailed review of the process that will allow us to find the best property for you that’s aligned with your terms and timeline. We’ll also discuss how to refine your needs/wants list so we can look for ideal properties, cover important legal/contractual considerations, and review current market activity.

• House Hunting
  We’ll set up an initial tour of areas and properties of interest so we can further narrow down the search and set up automated alerts for properties that may be a match. I’ll also monitor other possibilities, including off-market properties that may not be included in our automated results. My goal: Help you close on your ideal home!
